Network around the Internet, comment on forums, comment on other people’s blogs in your same niche and watch your website grow. If your content is good you will start acquiring a few links here and there and pretty soon you will be ranking high for certain keywords within your niche.
Once you start to notice that you are getting at least 100 unique visitors every single day you can place some type of affiliate advertising on there. I perfect Adsense because of its ease but there are several options you can chose from. Amazon, Clickbank, Ebay and Linkshare are just some to name a few. If your content is goods and you have targeted traffic coming to your website everyday then a percentage of those people will click on whatever affiliate advertising you have and you will money. In several years if you keep working you might be able to quit your day job and write full time.
